Adding money on my payonner account?

Hello, i've been looking for ways to add money to my p4yoneer cards (mostly $ and Eur service) but i cannot find any way to do so.
I tried their money request method, it only worked once and looks like now it does not accept sending money from my country (i think).
I also checked this section, tried the paypal method but still on its way after 2 days.
So does anyone has a way to add money there, maybe a site or something? Been having my projects on hold for months due to this problem
