Agregar botones redes sociales flotantes a mi blog

Hola bueno navegando me encontré con unos botones me gusta , twiiter , google plus muy bonitos y quisiera ver si puedo agregarlos a mi blog , alguien sabe como o alguien tiene un tutorial de como hacerlo se lo agradecería

yo he logrado ponerlo pero el google plus no funcione al darle click no pasa nada mm no se porque algo falla , aver si ustedes me podrian ayudar gracias por tu ayuda .

lo cambie el ancho y se desaparecio el boton de Me Gusta de facebook :sorrow:
