¿Como se puede poner un banner o links de texto en la parte superior del foro vbulletin?
 
si estas utilizando el estilo predeterminado del foro solo edita la plantilla header y alli buscas este cometario...

lo borras y metes ahi el código del banner que quieres poner.

Si no solo ponlo en alguna parte bien al principio de todo el codigo de la plantilla header o al final para que salga dentro.
