Es que creí que usabas un código que no estaba en el theme original para hacer ese bloque, pero veo en la web del theme que ya lo tiene integrado.

Podrias facilitarme el archivo single.php del theme (deberia estar en la raiz de la carpeta del theme) asi podre ver como esta hecho el bloque y podre darte una solucion correcta.
