Did the "xxoo" promotional code seem too good to be true? Well, indeed it was an error. Though we were feeling generous, the code was intended to provide a $10.25 com/net registration/renewal as promoted. After reviewing, we're unfortunately going to have correct the pricing mistake.

Action needed by you: If you renewed a .COM or .NET domain name or registered a new .NET domain name at no cost, we will be reverting the expiration date for all renewals back to the expiry date prior to any renewals using the "xxoo" promotional code. This means you'll need to manually renew your domain name again using our checkout process, especially if your domain had already passed its expiration date.

If you registered a .NET domain using the "xxoo" promo code, our system will be deleting those registrations entirely including any renewals that occurred on those registrations. If you wish to keep any of the domain names registered, please provide us a list via email to the contact below of the names you'd like to keep no later than 3pm MST Friday January 4th, 2013.

Since this was our mistake, for the affected domains only, we will provide you with a registration cost of $6.22 USD with our sincerest apologies for the glitch.
