Error al iniciar servidor PostgreSQL en Debian

bueno, aun sigo con mi vps, y no puedo iniciar postgresql para poder utilizar gnupanel, lo que intente para iniciarlo es /etc/init.d/postgresql-8.3 start y lo que obtuve fue lo siguiente:

No se exactamente lo que signifique, alguien me podria ayudar. :dontknow:
