Instrucciones para agregar un logo en StudioPress

Hola, quiero que me ayuden por favor y me indiquen como colocar un logo y de que tamaño podría ser para el theme que usaré es el StudioPress.

Soy un desastre. No me quedó como quería.

Lo que quiero hacer es algo a esto: Blogicars | Autos, Coches, Automóviles, Carros, Motos, Chicas Tuning

Que hago para que me quede así?
