Imagino que ya has creado los tres campos de perfil ¿no?
Ahora debes editar alguna plantilla:
1. Edita la plantilla memberinfo_block_youtube y busca $userinfo[fieldi] y sustituye la i por la ID del campo de perfil que creaste en primer lugar.
Busca ahora $userinfo[fieldt] y sustituye la t por la ID del segundo campo que creaste, y
Busca $userinfo[fielda] sustituyendo la a por la ID del tercer campo creado.
2. Edita la plantilla MEMBERINFO, busca lo que te indica el primer Code y modificalo para que te quede como en el segundo Code.
Perdona que no incluya aquí el contenido de esos code, pero incumpliría las políticas de vBhispano.
