Telegram no me arranca y me lanza este mensaje de error

Este mensaje me ha dejado flipando en la primera vez que me falla iniciar sesión en Telegram.

Te lo manda en la PC? ya intentaste en un celular, mobil o desde el sitio web directo sin usar la aplicación de la PC? para que se daño algún archivo en la PC.

Limpiar cokieeeesss y probar en otro navegador, y agrega tu numero sin ceros, que seguro te funciona, limpia todo historial cokiees y todo.

Usa la version Web no ejecutable que es la que te trae problemas, en este caso.
