Hi i need some help.
I transferred my old fb audience app to my account from another account and now facebook replies that i have to place myself as a financial administrator for the money i had on the old app to be transferred.
I did so buy setting myself as an admin in company settings > admins but they still reply with the same text:
Your account is not listed as a financial administrator for the account where the App ID xxx earned that amount prior to be transferred.
Am i missing something? Thanks
