XAMPP bloqueo de puertos

Hola betas, volví a la vida de php, instalé xampp y me sale que los puertos 80 están bloqueados, he decidio cambiar el puerto por 8080, 8088, 8888 y nada, sigue sin levantar. lo mismo con el SSL Port, lo he cambiado varias veces y nada, no levanta, MYSQL si levanta pero apache nada.

Lo he cambiado tanto en el settings con el archivo de documento y nada, también lo estoy ejecutando como administrador.

Hola, el problema parece estar con 'VCRUNTIME140.dll' que no es compatible con tu versión de PHP. Podrías tratar de actualizar tu Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio. También asegúrate de que tu archivo de configuración del servidor incluya un ID que coincida con el nombre del servidor, como se indica en los mensajes de advertencia.
