Que hacer en caso de demanda por WIPO

Buenos dias betas.

Resulta que este año registre un dominio de una marca, practicamente era relacionado a un hotel.

Al blog no le meti mucho contenido a lo mucho unos 3 post en el que daba a conocer informacion relacionada a dicho hotel en ningun momento hable mal de ellos y bueno deje abandonado el sitio no le hice nada de SEO.

Ahora que reviso otro mail que tengo me llego un mensaje con lo siguiente:

You may also wish to include further facts or arguments in light of the new registrant information (e.g., as to the Respondent's rights or legitimate interests or bad faith). 

Please note that such amendment may also impact the Mutual Jurisdiction or Communications sections of the Complaint. 

If you choose not to amend the Complaint, kindly confirm this to us by November 11, 2014. Please note however that the Respondent identity determination is at the Panel's discretion upon appointment.

Allí me decían que tenia que responder, cosa que no hice porque este otro mail que tengo no lo reviso nunca.

Que me aconsejan que haga, de momento para evitarme líos y que aparte el blog no me sirve para nada, he borrado el contenido del sitio, pero me gustaría escuchar sus opiniones sobre estos casos.

Creo que pueden reclamarte el dominio y debes darselo sin poner pegas.

Si no te sirve para nada, yo no haría nada tampoco. Probablemente no pase nada y no te molesten ya más.

Lo que no entiendo es porque se dirigen a ti como el demandante y te piden corregir la información de la demanda, ¿se habrán equivocado? Por eso digo que no haría nada, porque creo que esta información debió haberle llegado al hotel, no a ti, y si asi fuera el caso la información se perderá al más puro estilo burocrático.

Creo que pueden reclamarte el dominio y debes darselo sin poner pegas.

Pues es lo mas seguro, después de esto me enviaron otros correos mas, como no conteste los anteriores eran unos archivos PDF.

Intente a borrar las DNS desde Name pero ya no pude porque me dice que el dominio ha sido desactivado y no me permite hacer nada mas, de igual el dominio no me interesa y ya borre todo de mi hosting.

Supongo que me lo han enviado a mi porque yo era el dueño del dominio y me contactaron directamente. Pero igual no hare nada al respecto ya borre todo el contenido del blog de mi hosting para evitarme problemas.
