Debes agregarlo en la plantilla, creo que hay algunos tutoriales que te enseñan. Suerte y gracias.

Si pudieras pasar un ejemplo sería mucho más fácil ayudarte :encouragement:

Nunca lo he visto antes, parece ser que es original. Simplemente copia el código y los estilos y lo podrás poner en la tuya.

xcite · 19/10/2014

Inserir CODE, HTML ou PHP:

<style>#msgw, #txtmsgw {
color: #eadc00;
font-family: Verdana;
font-size: 14px;
vertical-align: middle;
display: table-cell;
}
#msgw {
position: fixed;
top: 0;
left: 0;
height: 20px;
background: #a40909;
width: 100%;
padding: 5px;
filter: alpha(opacity=95);
-moz-opacity: .9;
-khtml-opacity: .9;
opacity: .9;
z-index: 900;
}
.btg {
display: table-cell;
padding-left: 15px;
}
.btlk {
display: table-cell;
padding-left: -10px;
}
</style>

HTML:

<div align="center" id="msgw"> <span id="txtmsgw">¿Hola? Nos podrías regalar un "Me gusta"</span> <span class="btg"><iframe src="https://plusone.google.com/_/+1/fastbutton?bsv&url=http://www.TUPAGINAWEB.COM/&lang=es" style="margin:0px;left:0px;top:0px;width:105px;height:24px;visibility:visible;position:static" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe></span> <span class="btlk"><iframe src="https://www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?locale=es_LA&href=http://www.facebook.com/TUPAGINADEFACEBOOK&ref=hl&send=false&layout=button_count&width=100&show_faces=false&action=like&colorscheme=light&font=lucida+grande&height=21" style="margin:0px;left:0px;top:0px;width:136px;height:23px;visibility:visible;position:static" allowtransparency="true" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe></span> </div> </div>
