Como adicionar uma sidebar no cabeçalho do meu tema de WordPress para colocar publicidade?

<div id="publicidad-header">
					<?php if(function_exists('dynamic_sidebar')) { dynamic_sidebar('widgets-header') ; } ?>
				</div>

#publicidad-header{
	width: 468px;
	height: 60px;
	float: right;
	overflow: hidden;
}

<?php
// INICIA REGISTRO DE SIDEBARS
	if ( function_exists('register_sidebar') ) {
		register_sidebar(array(
			'name' => 'widgets-header',
			'before_widget' => '<div class="widget %1$s">',
			'after_widget' => '</div>',
			'before_title' => '<h3>',
			'after_title' => '</h3>',
		));
	}
// FIN REGISTRO DE SIDEBARS
?>
