If you are having problems with high CPCs and low conversions, I suggest starting with Evadav or RichAds. Both work well for gambling offers, especially in Tier 2 countries like Brazil, Mexico, and India. One thing that really helps is using pre-landers with quizzes or reward hooks because they can help get more people to convert. Also, try running your ads between 10 PM and 2 AM local time. And cap your frequency to 2-3 views per user to avoid annoying users. Tools like RichAds' Automizer can help too. It uses AI to automatically adjust your bids and cut out low-quality traffic sources. A good idea is to start with a $100/day budget and make changes based on your results.
