Cómo implementar URL callback para tracking de instalaciones

Hola betas, pues resulta que una web me paga por cada instalación de un programa en la pc que hagan los usuarios.
Me interesa saber cada vez que lo hacen para llevar un control, y me dan los siguientes sufijos para añadir a la url


[=tid=] The trackingID that you will send us with the parameter &tid=
[=subid=] The SubID that you will send us with the parameter &subid= (*)
[=order_id=] The unique ID of the transaction
[=timestamp=] The timestamp of the transaction
[=country=] The country ISO (2 letters) of the transaction
[=ip=] The IP address of the end user
[=useragent=] The UserAgent of the end user
[=payout=] The payout value of the transaction, for example 0.80
[=currency=] The currency of the transaction, for example USD

Y no sé cómo implementarlo. Ni la más remota idea. Me podéis ayudar?
