Cuando te pasan problemas con name, te contactas via support y te devuelven el dinero. a ver te copio aca lo que hable con ellos en enero de este año si quieres lo traduces via traductor de google para que lo entiendas si no entienes ingles.

Hi, my name is leonardo sierra and a week a go ( jan 14) i had a problem, in the payment of
www.***.info it calculated 1.99 but it takes 21.89, in the check out it only takes the 1.99 but leave the rest of the money as a pending transference, so i want a charge back of the rest of the money, in my paypal says " in progres " for yours to acept that transference but it cant be acepted cause i didnt bought any whit that, so is like freezed, so please cancel it and charge back me, my paypal is ***@hotmail.com

You were charged only once for this transaction.
In order to help you understand the situation, let me explain the
