Conjunto de Consultas Básicas SQL

Encontré lo que buscaba, junto con muchas más opciones para cambiar con una simple consulta de SQL. Traduje solo los títulos de lo que cambia cada cosa. Disculpen que no traduje mucho más pero ando a las corridas con los tiempos! Saludos!

Que significa el "WHERE NOT(options & 8)"??

no me pueden explicar por favor?

Creo que pasteando toda la consulta tal cual aparece debe de funcionar.
Where not significa "Cuando NO".
