Mi problema es el siguiente estoy tratando de instalar vBulletin_3.8.3 desde mi localhost ya e hecho todos los pasos y e modificado bien el archivo config.php pero al llamar la instalacion me da los siguientes errores.

perdon si ya esta solucion esta en el foro posteada pero busque y no encontre respuesta a este problema y si esta le agradeseria que me dieran el links.
