al querer enviar un nuevo mensaje (el foro está recién instalado) me da el siguiente error

miré en el archivo functions_newpost.php y en la línea 1101 lo que tiene es esto
return preg_replace('#(^.*|.*)(\[(php|html)\].*\[/\\3])(.*|.*$)#siUe', "strip_empty_bbcode_callback('\\1', '\\2', '\\4')", $text);
alguien me puede decir qué tengo que hacer? 🙁
