Por lo que veo, tu sitio está alojado en un servidor dedicado, y estás utilizando XCache como sistema de "cacheo" de datos, posiblemente instalado recientemente.

Lo que te dice ese mensaje de error es que no has definido un valor mayor que cero a la opción 'xcache.var_size' en el archivo xcache.ini (archivo de configuración de XCache). Trata de definir esa variable a 64M y reinicia httpd después de aplicar los cambios.
