Opcion 1:
pero en tu base de datos ejecutas esta consulta: ALTER TABLE `search` ADD `completed` SMALLINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '1';

Opcion 2:

If so, click on "SQL" at the top in the right-hand panel and type in this in the query box:

ALTER TABLE `search` ADD `completed` SMALLINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT '1';

If it doesn't like it, it will give you an error message and it should be unlikely to screw up your database.

Alternately, you can find this part of your /includes/config.php file and change the "x" to "1":
// ****** USERS WITH QUERY RUNNING PERMISSIONS ******
// The users specified here will be allowed to run queries from the control panel.
// See the above entries for more information on the format.
// Please note that the ability to run queries is quite powerful. You may wish
// to remove all user IDs from this list for security reasons.
$config['SpecialUsers']['canrunqueries'] = 'x';

Then to run the query, visit this part of the control panel:
Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Execute SQL Query -> Manual Query
