Mensaje cierre foro o infobar no me desplaza el header

Buenas tengo un problema con el header, tengo el Template de Ogenzen y le realice las traducciones de los botones.
Pero ahora cuando cierro el foro o activo el hack de infobar, el mensaje superior me desplaza los botones traducidos pero no el resto. os dejo una imagen de muestra.



Haber si alguien sabe como puedo solucionarlo.

Disculpa, pero en la imagen veo los botones bien. NO te habra confundido de imagen.

Como bien decis, el problema esta en el header, tu infobar no se desplaza...

Fijate si cerraste todas las etiquetas o si copiaste bien y completo el codigo de la infobar, y si no, sacala, total ya tenes el cartelito xD

No la utilizo, la puse activa para que se observara el problema. Mas bien es para cuando desactivo el foro. que aparece el mensaje arriba de que esta desactivado y pasa lo mismo.

Os pego parte del código del header haber si alguien ve el error. no se si esta permitido pero sino lo quito.
