1.- Abres el archivo Ver.html y sustituyes:

Insertar CODE, HTML o PHP:

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/pn0_qnfsrfc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

(EL CODIGO DE INSERTAR EL VIDEO)

Luego y por ultimo crea un archivo llamado "descarga.html" (no descargar... sin la "r" al ultimo) y ahí pones el codigo de tu adjal.. se mostrara en un iframe..
