Problema al instalar vb4

Hola compañeros, todos tenemos mucha ilusion en este nuevo vb4, pero yo ya me he llevado el primer chasco, que seguramente tenga solucion creo yo, no se que demonios hago mal, pero ni aun instalando de cero consigo que vaya el cms, el problema sale cuando estoy instalando y en el paso 14 que es cuando instala el cms me sale esto

Evidentemente algo falla, la instalacion no la puedes prosegir, pero si eliminas del navegador el paso 14 por el paso 15 osea cambiando un numero, la termino bien.

Pero despues no funciona como es normal el cms, me sale esto en el conten.php


Y ya dentro del panel de administracion, creas una nueva seccion, y da un fallo garrafal:

Que versión de php usas? la función sys_get_temp_dir() esta desde PHP 5 >= 5.2.1

recuerda que vb4 requiere:
PHP: 5.2.0
MySQL: 4.1.0
