problema con el utileskin 3.7.3 pliz

hola tengo un problema con el utile skin veran aqui les dejo las imagenes



asi se me ve cuando estoy con el usuario iniciado pararecen que las barritas se multiplican por 4



y asi cuando no estoy inicado con mi usuario :S

Es normal esto? queda mejor cuando no estoy iniciado.

alguien sabe el problema que puede ser?
