Problema con Hostgator caída de blog

Hola, miren el problema que tengo es que mi sitio se cae, por ejemplo hoy al llegar a 1500,2000 User Online se cae y tira este error.

Estoy con el plan Baby de Hostgator, y he visto blogs con más user online que yo y con hostgator, y nunca les falla, que puede ser? Necesito ayuda, ya que estoy perdiendo muchos user por este problema. De antemano Gracias

a mi me pasaba eso porque consumia muchos recursos, pero tenia como 30k diarias :S.... no deberia darte problemas, ve que consume recursos de tu blog, elimina plugins e instala el caché 🙂 ahí te debería andar mejor...

Me acaba de llegar un mensaje de HostGator donde dice:

Unfortunately, we were forced to suspend the script "/h" as it was causing a high load on the server, and due to this affecting all of the other accounts on the system, we were forced to take immediate action for the health of the server.

We noticed that this is a WordPress blog, and recommend installing the plug-in W3-Total-Cache, and which helps to greatly reduce the CPU required to run a WordPress blog and can help you to have more traffic while using less CPU. You can also find some tips on how to optimize WordPress installations for use on shared servers here (Enlace eliminado). Please note that though this link provides information about WP-Super-Cache, the plug-in W3-Total-Cache can be setup to provide the same sort of caching with the page caching method "Disk (enhanced)".

Also, we strongly recommend that you disable "Database Cache" and "Object Cache" in the plug-in's settings for the best performance.

We will need you to update us with your IP address so that we can safely open access for you to make the needed changes to your site. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Es un mensaje común. Abre un tickey y comunícate por el chat para presionarlos (por Twitter también sirve) y así te atienden más rápido. Les das la dirección IP para que te den acceso de edición desde tu máquina, luego instalas y optimizas todo. Cuando terminas (lo que no debería tomarte más de 20 min), les dices: Ya está, revísenlo.

... Y te activan de nuevo el sitio. A mi me mandan esos correos casi 2 veces al mes xD.

Como te indica hostgator puedes intentar poner un sistema cache para optimizar tu wordpress si aun asi sigue con problemas es momento de pasarte a un VPS o Dedicado.

Es que hombre, literalmente llegas a las 2 mil al mismo tiempo, segun veo o creo, transmites algun partido en vivo, pues lo normal es que con tanta gente conectada al mismo tiempo un simple plan baby no te alcance , yo veo que la mayoria en tu caso usa el blogger, de todas formas ... capas cacheando todo y optimizando a lo bestia ....

Muchas gracias a todos, después de estar insistiendo a la gente de HostGator me pusieron de nuevo el servicio, pero si siguen estas fallas ¿pueden llegar a cancelarme el servicio para que me pase a otro más caro?

A mi me paso algo similar, no te cancelan el servicio pero te harán lo mismo y con esos picos, la verdad no tendrás de otra que pasarte a un vps...
