Problemas en la actualización e la información

Hola, desde hace poco tiempo han surgido unos problemas de "refresco" en mi foro.

Resulta que desde la página principal del foro se ve el último mensaje escrito, pero cuando entras al foro, este no aparece hasta que refrescas.

Sabéis a que puede ser debido???

el problema es que no actualiza bien los posts,

no aparecen los últimos que se han publicado hasta que se refresca, pero sólo en las páginas interiores, en la home del foro va bien.

he puestos encabezados con no-caché y he eliminado la caché, ami me funciona bien, pero la gente sigue quejandose...
