Hola a todos , encontré un archivo de nombre : wp-style.php en la raíz del hosting

Tiene lo siguiente :

¿Es un virus o algo similar? nunca lo había visto en wordpress :ambivalence:

Entrando a http://www.examsofttesting.com/code/1.php y viendo a simple vista el código, parece una manera de BlackHat SEO para crear backlincks.

En otras palabras cuando un visitante o bot de buscador entre a tu sitio desde un buscador al final verá estos enlaces o lo que quiera el autor: Screenshot by Lightshot

Además que sí puede inyectarte código malicioso si así lo desea.

Elimínalo cuanto antes, si es una plantilla Nulled tómalo en cuenta para la próxima; no vuelvas a bajar plantillas nulleadas del sitio donde descargaste esta o del mismo autor, o mejor aún puedes comprarlas; lo barato sale caro.

Probablemente su función sea reportar algún error, no estoy seguro. A ver que dicen los demás y nos despejan la duda.

Usa Wordfence, un excelente plugin para la cuestion de la seguridad en tu sitio web.

Es un backdoor, con esto pueden injectar codigo en tu sitio y sacar tu configuración o lo que deseen, borralo y actualiza wordpress y los plugins por si hay algún tipo de exploit. :encouragement:

Cuando descargues themes nulled, revisa todos los archivos antes de instalar el theme, y te recomiendo All In One WP Security & Firewall para tu seguridad, además de asegurar todos tus directorios con el .httaccess.

Como dijeron mas arriba, esto es un backdoor, comunmente lo hacen los usuarios que comparten themes o plugins del tipo "null script", te recomiendo que borres toda esa porcion de codigo malicioso, por que lo mas seguro es que ya estan ejecutando manipulando tu servidor, ese codigo es equivalente a tener acceso al FTP de tu hosting.

Por eso no se recomienda usar templates o plugin nulled, aunque revises todo el codigo de un template hay formas de hacer indectable e imperceptible el codigo malicioso, para tu suerte el tipo que hizo este codigo no supo ocultarlo en modo avanzado
