Que hay que modificar para que el popunder abra de la parte atrás de mi web

Este popunder abre encima de mi web; lo que quiero es que abra de la parte de atrás de mi web.

necesitaría más información, pero creo que z-index: -1

No hay forma alguna, una de las tecnicas que se me acaba de ocurrir es la siguiente. abrir el popup como en los tipicos spam
1. abrir la ventana.
2. abrir una about:blank vacio
te tal forma la primera que es la que te importa perdera el foco de inmediato y pasara a tener el foco 'about:blank'
