through the Services. Examples of unlawful material include, but are not limited to:
2.2.3-Material that infringes upon the copyright, trademark and /or other rights of a third party.
2.4-Customer acknowledges that the storage, distribution, or transmission of unlawful or
prohibited materials by Customer or its End Users could subject Customer
and/or its End Users to criminal and/or civil liability, in addition to other actions by LeaseWeb outlined in Chapter 6 of the LeaseWeb Policies and in the General Conditions.
