Ayuda con instalación de script en sitio web

Como hago para subir la carpeta dentro de la raíz ?? paso 2

y el paso 3? Dar a los permisos de archivo js.php 0666 para permitir que el script de actualización automática a la última versión de forma automática.?

Lo dicho si alguien me pudiese ayudar se lo agradeceria

paso 2- tenes que crear la carpeta por ftp o el administrador de archivos en tu dominio
paso 3- desde el ftp o administrador de archivos, boton derecho->permisos->0666

por otro lado lo posteaste en blogger, si tenes blogspot esto olvidate de poder hacerlo.
