Hello,
Name.com has recently received a complaint that the domains referenced in the subject line of this email, have been fraudulently transferred from a Name.com account.
This domains are currently located in your Name.com account. Name.com has also noticed that the contact details assigned to your Name.com account may be incomplete or inaccurate.
After our initial review, it appears the complaint we have received is valid. We have locked these domains to prevent transfer until we have had a chance to review this issue in greater detail.
If you could provide complete documentary evidence proving your legitimate ownership of this domain, as well as your purchase of these domains from the previous registrants, we would be happy to review the documentation in further detail.
- A PDF scan of your government issued photo ID. This can take the form of your drivers
license or your passport. Please note this is an important piece of information we require for our investigation. It allows us to verify your identity and confirm your ownership of the domain. If possible we ask that you submit an scan of your identification that contains an English translation of your name.
We are also curious as to how the domain came to be in your Name.com account, did you purchase this domain?
If so can you provide us a receipt of sale or a purchase agreement in which both parties in question signed to authorize the domains transfer?
It appears you had access to the account the domain was previously within, can you provide an explanation as to why that appears to be the case?
If we receive no information from you regarding this domain within the next 2 days, Name.com may be forced to transfer this domain name back to the original registrant of this domain. Please let us know if you have any questions. We would be happy to provide further assistance.
Thank you,
El cual yo respondi mandandole mi DNI y el Contrato y entonces ellos respondieron de la siguien te manera :
Hello,
Thank you for submitting this information for our review.
It appears the document you provided is not stamped by a notary to authenticate the signing parties identity. As such we are not able to accept it as evidence the transfer was authorized.
We also have not received sufficient explanation as to why you had access to the account the domain was previously within.
As such Name.com will not be able to provide assistance with transferring ownership of these domains into your control.
Name.com asks that you revisit our terms of service (https://www.name.com/policies/registration-agreement) pertaining to account security. Should Name.com receive additional complaints that domains were transferred to your Name.com without authorization, we may be forced to take additional action against your account at that time.
If you have issue with the ownership of these domains we recommend reaching out to local authorities and bringing the matter to their attention.
We are not typically in a position to adequately investigate and resolve claims of illegal activity. We will not be able to take action without a valid US court order. We will comply with the decision of a court of law. As a domain registrar, we are not in the position to determine ownership disputes or what constitutes legitimate or infringing use of a third party's mark. Name.com adds no value as an intermediary in such disputes, neither are we typically in a position to adequately investigate such claims and pass judgment on the relative merits involved.
The Uniform Dispute Resolution Process (the "UDRP") has been created to address most of such circumstances. While the UDRP is more commonly used because most trademark holders believe it to be faster and less expensive, some claimants also avail themselves of judicial processes.
Please contact us again as appropriate during your pursuit of a UDRP and/or court proceeding, we are considering this matter closed until that time.
We appreciate your understanding of our policies in such matters.
Thank you,
Ya ahora no se que pruebas mas dar, por que parece que me quieren estafar con los dominios que compre el dueño quiere quedarse con mi dinero, entonces por favor alguien que me pueda ayudar o decir que hacer.
