Vbulletin 4.1.9 - No puedo accesar al foro con ningún usuario

Acabo de hacer una instalación fresca del VBulletin Suite 4.1.9, la cual termino sin problemas. Ocurre que al momento de querer ingresar al admincp o a los foros con el usuario administrador o cualquier otro usuario creado no puedo ingresar. No es error de contraseñas porque he sido muy cuidadoso en colocarlas. He tratado cambiando de contraseña y nada.


Me aparece este mensaje

Luego de probar varias soluciones, entre ellas reinstalar mas de una vez, usar el tools.php. Se me ocurrio probar con otro browser(uso chrome por default) Probe con Firefox y pude ingresar. Se me ocurrio limpiar cookies y demas y me ha funcionado el poder conectarme.
