Eso es lo q me dice al intentar lanzar un pequeño script de vbulletin, alguien sabe como solucionarlo?

debo suponer que time_check e ignore_check son campos personalizados en la tabla thread

tu problema es por la clausula final
(`forumid` NOT IN ())

el IN esta vacio, eso te genera el error
