Problemas de velocidad y errores con visitas altas en web de películas

¿Alguna forma de diagnosticar un plugin o elemento consume muchos recursos?

Tengo una web de películas con 10 a 15k diarias, en las tardes cuando empieza a recibir mas visitas (unos 100 - 150 online) empieza a ponerse lenta la web y mostrar errores en archivo error.log , ejemplo:

Subí la memoria del php.ini a 512M pero sigue presentando problemas

actualmente tengo los siguientes plugin que todo el mundo usa :
Really Simple SSL , Yoast SEO, WP Report Post , Editor clásico , Akismet Anti-Spam , los desactive y siguió presentando problemas

¿Cómo diagnosticar un plugin o elemento consume muchos recursos ? o como saber si el problema es el hosting que no puede recibir esa cantidad de visitas? mi web esta alojada en hostingnice

¿Qué versión de PHP tiene el hosting?

Yo lo primero que haría sería abrir un ticket al hosting para que te den un diagnóstico.

Como comenta @devseo deberías contactar con el hosting para que te de un diagnóstico más concreto.
Si esto no fuera posible por alguna razón, te recomendaría que plugin por plugin, fueses desactivándolos y mirando la memoria hasta que con uno deje de dar el problema.

No todos usamos lo mismo por ejemplo Really Simple SSL ya hace un par de versiones de WP que no es necesario, WP Report Post y editor clásico (mejor no te digo), ¿qué hosting tienes?, si es cpanel puede ver las estadísticas allí, con eso puede empezar descartar si es tu hosting, lo otro también es el tema que tienes instalado, por lo que comentas no usas builders.
