Ayuda con eliminación DMCA de Google Search

hola.. amigos de forobeta hoy me despierto un poco asustado ya que al entrar a mi cuenta de google webmasters encuentro un mensaje acerca de mi sitio web con el siguiente mensaje:

Google has been notified, according to the terms of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), that some of your materials allegedly infringe upon the copyrights of others. The URLs of the allegedly infringing materials may be found at the end of this message. The notice that we received, with any personally identifying information removed, may be found at Enlace eliminado.

Please note that it may take several weeks for the notice to be posted on the above page. For this reason, we have attached a copy of the notice for your reference.

The DMCA is a United States copyright law that provides guidelines for online service provider liability in case of copyright infringement. We are in the process of removing from our Google Search results the materials that allegedly infringe upon the copyrights of others. efectivamente la URL desaparecio de la pagina de busquedas pero todo lo otro sigue bien Gracias a DIOS.

pero lo que se me hace raro es que google en el estado de mi sitemap lo cambio a pendiente y antes todo estaba bien.

y mi inquietud final es:

me recomiendan borrar el post de mi web?

Aclaro: mi web es de warez.

Ante este tipo de acciones de las empresas dueñas de los derechos del videojuego que tenias posteado poco puedes hacer, lo mejor es que borres el articulo para que Google vea que has hecho caso de la advertencia.

ok ya mismo lo borrare y depronto sabras porque esta mi sitemap asi.. ?¿

Sobre el sitemap podria ser consecuencia de esa misma demanda, mmm, si despues de que borres el articulo sigue sin responder prueba con volverlo a enviar, eso si, sin la entrada en disputa !

listo he borrado el post y lo he borrado de el sitemap ahora solo esperar unas horas que google vea el cambio y que todo siga normal..

me recomiendan que haga algo mas??

derechos de autor mi amigo, si no aplicas a retiras esos contenidos podrias tener una demanda horrible con esa empresa. recuerda que quien gasta en reservar los derechos de cada cosa es porque tiene dinero y si se llego a google, no es facil demostrarle a google que tienes los derechos y mas si te acusan directamente

dios es con minuscula no lo agrandes

cada vez que te aparesca eso, borra los post o te pueden cerrar el blog (si estas en blogger).

pd: dios no existe.

Tengo una duda con esto si simplemente borras el post pero vuelves y lo publicas con url diferente seguira normal no?
