Está es una nueva implantación y como siempre aquí aporto las novedades y como podéis realizarlas. Lo que debemos hacer es ir a Telegram WEB y alli os encontrareis un chat llamado Stickers Bot.
Si entráis en la conversación no habrá ningún mensaje pero poner cualquier cosa y os responderá con las formas se hacer tu sticker.
Y ahora empezaremos a crear nuestro paquete de stickers.
1. Escribiremos /newstickerpack (Para crear nuestro paquete).
- Yay! A new stickers pack. How are we going to call it? Please choose a name for your pack.
Ahora deberemos indicarle un nombre al paquete en este caso será forobeta.
- Alright! Now send me an emoji that corresponds to your first sticker.
You can list several emoji in one message, but I recommend using no more than two per sticker.
Nos comenta que debemos mandar el emoticon que representara a nuestro sticker en este caso será el emoticon del maletin (representado a los negocios).
-Thanks! Now send me the sticker. The image file should be in PNG format with a transparent layer and must fit into a 512x512 square (one of the sides must be 512px and the other 512px or less).
The sticker should use white stroke and shadow, exactly like in this .PSD example https://telegram.org/img/StickerExample.psd.
I recommend using Telegram for Web/Desktop when uploading stickers.
Nos dice en resumidas cuentas que debemos mandar una imagen de un tamaño máximo de 512px x 512px y os deja la referencia de un ejemplo que es recomendable utilizarlo.
Cuando lo tengamos listo lo enviaremos como archivo normal, y no como imagen.

Nos indica que debemos escribir el comando /publish para publicarlo.

Nos indica que debemos seleccionar un nombre para nuestro pack de stickers que hará uso la url. Solo escribís el nombre el mio será forobeta.

You can share it with other Telegram users — they'll be able to add your stickers to their sticker panel by following the link. Just make sure they're using an up to date version of the app.
Y listo ya esta listo, nos da la url donde podremos verlo y usarlo finalmente deben darle a añadir stickers y ya lo tendréis junto a los demás stickers.
Los comandos restantes tienen las siguientes funcionalidades:
-/addsticker añadir nuevo sticker.
-/delsticker eliminar sticker.
- /ordersticker reordernar la posición de un sticker.
- /cancel que cancela cualquiera operación que estuvieses realizando.
Por el momento no permite renombrar, ni eliminar el grupo de los stickers solo los stickers.
