Database Error (vBulletin)

He emprendido un proyecto independiente en el que al subir todos los archivos de vBulletin crei que todo estaba bien, ya he configurado el config.php.new* pero al querer meterme a la pagina me marca el siguiente error:

Y en seguida me mandaron un correo a mi mail:

Se que el problema me lo estan haciendo notar ahi, pero no tengo ni la mas remota idea de como solucionarlo, ayuda vBhispanos ):

De ante mano agradezco su ayuda.

EDIT:// Los campos en el config.php que modifique fueron:

DATABASE NAME
TECHNICAL EMAIL ADDRESS
MASTER DATABASE SERVER NAME AND PORT
MASTER DATABASE USERNAME & PASSWORD
