Hola buen día a todos, espero me puedan ayudar con mi consulta.
Mi cuenta de amazon (comprador) fue suspendida, este es el mensaje que encontre en mi correo:

We detected unusual payment activity on your recent order and have temporarily placed your account on hold as a security measure. During this hold, you won't be able to use your account or other services associated with the account, and all pending orders and subscriptions have been cancelled.

1) Go to the Amazon's website.
2) Type in your username and password like you normally do.

Hace unos dias abri mi cuenta de amazon para cerar una prueba gratuita de prime video para ver unas pelis, en un primer lugar use una tarjeta internacional del banco de venezuela, la cual fue rechazada, luego agregue mi tarjeta prepagada de zinly, y esta siu funciono, luego ya casi terminando el periodo de prueba cancele porque no iba tener mucho tiempo libre la cuenta. Ahora bien quiero crear una cuenta de amazon zeller, pero con otro correo, mas la direecion sera la misma, y el telefono tambien, estoy eserando pasaporte para poder abrir la cuenta. Mi duda es, ? debo recuperar la cuenta de vendedor? o me podria traer problemas con la cuenta de zeller que quiero crear???, en caso de dejar la cuenta asi, me podria traer problemas al crear la cuenta zeller?
