es necesario validar web

hola echo un analisis web y me aparece dos cosas que no esta validada(no se si es imortante)y posible spam en varias palabras?que debo hacer

no dejas bien en claro que tipo de validacion te refieres ?
ni que herramienta estas usando
de todas formas lo mas idoneo de estos reportes es identificar las fallas y corregirlas
si es por spam de palabras dentro del contenido trata de reducir la densidad de keyword a un 2-3% como maximo
