Poner Quote como en vbulletintemplates.com

Eso es amigos.. me gustaria que mi foro quedara con los quotes de la forma que sale en vbulletintemplates.com que plantilla debo modificar?...

Hay una modificacion allí mismo para hacerlas asi.
