Tengo un servidor con CPANEL/WHM instale INTERSPIRE para enviar emails a mis clientes qeu son pocos pero me llega siempre un email con esto:
Automatic bounce processing was trying to log in to the email account (username 'bounce@bigm20.org' at the email server 'mail.bigm20.org') but was unable to.
It received the following error message: 'Retrying PLAIN authentication after [AUTH] Authentication failed.'.
Log in to the Control Panel here: http://bigm20.org/es/admin/index.php
Edit the contact list here:
http://bigm20.org/es/admin/index.php?Page=Lists&Action=Edit&id=2
Then check the username, password and mail server details and options are correct. You may need to use the 'Extra Mail Settings' options to fix the error.
Once you have done that, click the 'Test Bounce Settings' button to check the details are working.
Once you have confirmed the details are working properly, click 'Save' to make sure your changes are kept.
Can not authenticate to IMAP server: [AUTHENTICATIONFAILED] Authentication failed.
como puedo Solucioanr eso activar algo en WHM o no se.
