:grumpy:

Ahí les mandé otro mail. Seguramente hoy domingo no contesten.

Hi Caidos, We're working very hard to restore the image overlay ad application. We're having difficulty working with Google and their legal team to discuss solutions to the issue that we sent a message to our publishers about. Since we have so many publishers, with even more images, it is proving difficult to moderate every single image. Until then, we have many other applications to use. You can find out how to enable applications by visiting our How-To video channel here: Enlace eliminado

We'll be sending an update as soon as possible.

Cheers,

Brian
Luminate

Dear Publisher,
We would like to begin by thanking you for your patience, partnership and continued support. Luminate truly values our publishers and offering a high quality service for you is our top priority.
We write today with further updates about the Luminate service. As you know we have temporarily suspended our image overlay ads, which has only impacted our image advertising application. Our other sixteen image applications are still running.
In our last communication we explained that this happened after we became aware of a publisher deploying Luminate technology in connection with allegedly illegal content that violated Luminate’s Publisher Guidelines. We view this as an opportunity to improve our services to publishers and advertisers to prevent similar incidents in the future. Some of the new technologies and processes we’re developing include:
-New compliance measures: To protect you, your users, and our advertising partners, we’re introducing a new Brand Watch program which performs a comprehensive review of all of our publishers for instances where Luminate technology appears in connection with images that fall outside our Publisher Guidelines. In addition, we have moved to more quickly notify publishers of any publisher guideline infractions. We’re confident that these approaches will create a better service for our publishers and help deliver even more premium advertisers to your sites.
-New publisher agreement and guidelines: We’ve updated our Publisher Agreement to reflect changes that we recently made, including changes to our Publisher Guidelines. Please read through the new Enlace eliminado and Enlace eliminado, and accept the new terms with the understanding that these rules must be followed in order to access Luminate’s services from now on. Our guidelines and policies will change periodically to adapt to our evolving services and when they do, we will alert you to the changes.
-New revenue opportunities: We’ll soon launch new advertising units that can take advantage of industry standard ad sizes, such as the 300x250 medium rectangles and the 180x150 rectangles. This will not only allow us to tap into additional ad networks, but it will also increase Luminate’s inventory of directly sold ads in different formats. As always, we have your end users in mind with everything we do. The new formats will only display ads upon user initiation or according to the settings that you dictate in your Luminate configurations. We are also broadening our network of text overlay advertising providers. More details about this to come soon.
-Payment: Many of you have asked for an update regarding payments. Earlier this week we sent out payments to all for your October earnings.
We continue to make improvements to our service in order to provide the best possible experience for our publishers. To this end, we recently released a collection of new image applications. We will be sending you another message shortly to walk you through these engaging apps and to help you get the most from them.
Thank you for being a valued member of our publisher community.
Sincerely,

Chas Edwards

Luminate Chief Revenue Officer and Head of Publisher Development

Luminate is currently experiencing technical difficulties
