In a few weeks, we'll be launching a new Dailymotion experience for both users and partners. Focused on continuous watching, the new experience has been completely redesigned to be more intuitive and visually engaging. Accordingly, we are updating Dailymotion's online Partner Terms & Conditions as of July 3rd, 2017. We've summarized the key changes for you below:
We have simplified the Terms to make them more concise and readable
We are terminating the Paid Content feature. This means that you will not be able to rent your videos on demand or on a monthly subscription basis. You can still earn revenue via video or website monetization. After July 3rd, 2017, any of your videos that were listed as paid content will remain on our platform but will automatically be made private (learn about video visibility.)
If you signed up for the Dailymotion Partner Program online, your continued use of Dailymotion means that you agree to these new Terms. Thank you for being a valuable Dailymotion partner. If you have any questions regarding the new Partner Terms and Conditions or paid content, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support Center.
