¿Que hacer? me llego un mensaje de Name.com Compliance

Hola a todos.

Esta mañana me llego un mensaje de name.com, realmente no se que hacer, si alguien tuvo alguna experiencia parecida agredecere mucho su ayuda

El titulo que lleva el mensaje es este (bien raro para mi):

Re: [~YDH-282-26308]: ICANN 1st_Notice Re:Whois_Inaccuracy [Name.com, Inc.] (625) [mipagina.com]

y este es el mesanje:

Name.com has received a Whois Data Problem Report from ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) regarding the domain name referenced in the subject of this email, details of which have been provided below. As an ICANN accredited registrar, Name.com is obligated to take reasonable steps to investigate and correct reported Whois inaccuracies.

We kindly ask that you review the 'problem summary' provided at the bottom of this email by ICANN, and update if necessary, the contact details currently associated with your domain. Please respond with the following information to assist in our review:

- A PDF scan of your government issued photo ID. This can take the form of your drivers 
license or your passport. Please note this is an important piece of information we require for our investigation. It allows us to verify your identity and confirm your ownership of the domain. If possible we ask that you submit an scan of your identification that contains an English translation of your name.


- A PDF scan of a mailing receipt or utility bill (or other relevant document) that shows you are reachable at the physical address listed for the domain in the Whois.

If we do not receive this information within the next 72 hours then we may be forced to take appropriate action per ICANN regulations.

Once we verify that the underlying Whois information is accurate we are happy to consider this matter resolved.

Mi web es warez por si acaso, es necesario hacer lo que piden? lo dejo pasar?

Me gustaría ayudarte pero no domino el ingles :fatigue:, de paso revisare mi cuenta. Tal vez tenga ese aviso también :encouragement:

si es normal te dicen que tienes que verificar los datos que aparecen en tus dominios, a mi godaddy me los ha pedido y todo porque mi identificacion dice (ejemplo, direccion): Pepe Luis 123 y yo en mis dominios tenia: P. Luis 123 ... en fin... pero si es normal si los datos de tus whois son falsos o hay alguna discrepancia

Supongamos que el dominio tiene datos falsos... Se puede rectificar una vez te mandan ese mensaje? Es decir una vez han descubierto que no pones datos reales los puedes cambiar sin problemas y verificar tu verdadera identidad?

a mi me pidieron verificar mi cuenta y que modifique los datos de los whois con la direccion bien, lo hice y cerraron el caso... desde ya tampoco tenia datos falsos solo era una manera de acortar mi direccion... pero respecto a datos completamente falsos icann no los permite, por lo que ya no sabria...

No me parece buena idea tener cuenta warez en name.

hay un inconveniente si mi web es warez? un usuario conto que le suspendieron su dominio y que para reestablecerlo tenia que mandar la documentacion pero no quiso hacerlo porque su web era warez

aunque cuando me registre puse mis datos reales :ambivalence:
