- Preserve any electronic files or evidence that may be necessary to evaluate any legal claims against you pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Compliance with this obligation requires that you cease any actions that will overwrite or destroy existing evidence or backups.
Given the claims that could be filed against you and the potential damages available to Fenix, these demands are reasonable. This offer is open for five (5) days from the date of this correspondence, unless rejected or withdrawn.
