Hola mande la solicitud de unirme a su Red y me respondieron esto. Dear Partner Candidate,
We apologize for the delay in partnering your channel. Your channel has been flagged as being associated with another network which unfortunately prevents us from completing the partnership process.
To enable us to move forward you will need to contact your current network and ask them to release both your claims and your channel. Once this is complete, please email us at onboarding@broadbandtvcorp.com so we can continue the partnership process.
Thanks,
The BBTV Ops Team
