First off we would like to apologize for the downtime that has been happening for the past 2 weeks.
We will make sure to make it up to everyone who has been affected during this time. As of what happened we can only say that our team has been working non-stop to bring back the website so we can continue giving services with the highest tier of professionalism.
To sum up what exactly happened during this time we can only say that we are all humans and disasters and personal issues come up sometimes and we as humans are limited on how we can act in these situations. We will release a statement soon and go into details on what exactly happened and how we managed to come back to life and continue giving you guys our services. Currently, every service that our users have on the website will be working perfectly fine. We made sure that during this downtime most of the licenses were working perfectly so you wouldn't have to worry about it. Your licenses are and will keep working as long as we care for you, which is forever. There are still a couple of problems that we are working hard on fixing that need a little patience to be resolved.
First and the biggest issue we have right now is Paypal. We have estimated that we need about 2 weeks to fix the PayPal gateway issue. This leaves us no choice but to only accept Cryptocurrency during this time. Because it is a bit difficult for some users to obtain and send Cryptocurrency, we have decided to add a %10 bonus to all the crypto payments that are made during this timeline. Another problem we have right now is our WHMCS Modules licensing server needs a bit of tweaking to work like before, So because of this issue the modules will likely not work right now.
